The first step to becoming a CASA volunteer is filling out and submitting a CASA Volunteer Application. You may submit an application via email , or print it out and mail or fax it to our offices. Click here to download an application. Please ensure that all five pages are completed in thier entirety.

For an on-line inquiry, please make sure that each field is completed in its entirety before submitting. This is a preliminary, online inquiry, and the official, detailed application linked above will need to be completed as a part of the interview process.
